Branding of 30 Labnet facilities has been completed in Bungoma, Homabay, Kakamega, Kisii, Kisumu, Machakos, Meru and Nairobi. Labnet is a network of independent private medical laboratories bringing affordable quality diagnostic services to Kenyans of all income levels, owned and operated by members of the Association of Kenya Medical Laboratory Scientific Officers (AKMLSO).

PSP4H hosted a lunchtime briefing for the Kenya Healthcare Federation members on “closing the loop on affordable primary healthcare”, on 23rd June 2016 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Nairobi.
PSP4H conducted a business skills training for the Labnet members on 16th to 18th June 2016 at the Methodist Guest House, Nairobi.
PSP4H and Pharmnet presented at the health session entitled “In Sickness and In Health: Evolution, Current Practice and Gaps in Facilitated Health Service Provision” at the The BEAM Exchange Conference in Lusaka, Zambia on 20 May 2016. The conference brought together over 200 international participants from organisations using a market systems approach to their programmes.
PSP4H participated at the World Asthma Day celebrated every 3rd May. The event was held at Uhuru Park, Nairobi with an asthma mass screening village, the theme for this year was “You can control your Asthma: It is time to breathe easy”
On 17th May PSP4H held a lunchtime briefing on the Asthma Care Improvement Project (ACIP) which is implementing a sustainable asthma care model for low income Kenyans. This reinforced World Asthma Day celebrations; the theme for 2016 was “You can control your asthma; it is time to breathe easy”.
